VAT at 14% where applicable.
- Rates include accommodation,
breakfast, teas/coffees in your room, ADSL high speed
wireless internet connection.
- Rates exclude lunch, dinner,
wine and champagne, soft drinks, spirits and beers,
mini bar drinks, telephone calls, fax transmissions,
visitors' meals and drinks and other service fees.
- Credit Card facilities are available at reception to settle your account.
- Children welcome.
- A deposit of 20% will secure
your reservation. Deposits made to guarantee reservations
are non-refundable
- 50% of full accommodation payable
six weeks prior to date of guests' arrival.
- Minimum 1 night stay.
- Cancellations made within 30
days of date of arrival, 50% of full accommodation
payable. Cancellations made within 7 days of date
of arrival, the full accommodation account is payable.
- In the event of a premature departure
the full extent of the stay, as originally booked
and confirmed, will be charged.
- Refunds of deposits/prepayments
for bookings are at the discretion of management and
are dependant on the ability to re-let the room/s. A 5% admin fee on full booking will be charged.
